I can't believe it has been over a year since I've posted on here! Life has been busy! Including a couple of moves, one of which was across the country! It's nice to finally be settling down!
Lately I haven't had time for costumes and honestly haven't felt that interested in sewing something that takes so much time. So just this past month I somehow fell into a new love with making American Girl doll clothes! It's seriously so fun and the best part is, they are small so you can finish an outfit or two in a day! I have so many ideas in my mind I can't stop sewing! I've reopened my
Etsy shop with some cute doll clothes and I plan on adding more! I hope to add some historical clothes soon as well but for now I've been having tons of fun with modern things.
I made little leggings and they just kill me! I want some for myself! I'm seriously tempted to go buy more fabric and make myself a pair of these.
I made some little skirts...
Pajama pants with matching pillowcases (pillow included) for sleepovers!
And wee little necklaces! I love how small and delicate these are! (and they actually fit my wrist as a bracelet as well! So if you don't have a doll but want one of these around your wrist...there you go!)

I've been busily making gloves and finishing up tags the past few days to take down to this lovely shop in downtown Grants Pass, Oregon. It's such a satisfying feeling to have them all neat and ready to go with little descriptions on the back of each tag.
So far I have 8 pairs down there...I nearly cleaned out my etsy shop so tomorrow it's all about getting my shop back up and going. :)
I'm working on some Regency stays for a customer and I ran out of thread and binding. It feels so good to come out of the store with exactly what you needed and is going to get used as soon as you get home. 
I also picked up some big clear plastic storage bins so I can get all my crafts organized and boxed up. Only 1 1/2 months until I start moving! 
It's revisable so the outside is this floral print with a vintage button:

A nice shirt and some long necklaces is a nice way to dress up a pair of jeans if your not in the mood for a skirt. I love this shirt I got when I stumbled upon High Street Kensington when I got lost in London back in August. The best shopping experience I've ever had!
