Dear me, I had just written a post and somehow deleted it. *sigh*
Anyway...I wanted to show you all my lovely new china doll that my three dear friends gave me this week. Indeed I am quite spoiled!
You can read more about her HERE. Keep checking on Miss Emaline's Circle of Fashionable Friends to see more of Cora and all the other lovely "ladies". ;)
Check out Miss Emaline's beautiful underpinnings. Aren't they divine? :)

Disclaimer:
Although I continually talk about movie costumes on this blog, I am not a movie reviewer. Not all the films I discuss are recommended and I do not choose to review weather they are appropriate or not for the simple fact that every person's standards are different. Something that is fine for me may be offensive to some one else and visa versa. If you would like to look into the appropriateness of a title, I recommend pluggedinonline.com. I have not seen all the movies I discuss, and am simply interested in the art of clothes in film. I will leave you to decide for yourself if you will watch the movie or not.
Hello
ReplyDeleteLike you I am desperate to find out more about the costumes in "The Young Victoria" -but particularly the pale grey floral dress with apricot and soft blue embellishments.! Can you help me to find a pic of this particular dress please? I have fallen in love with it and want to use that base to fashion myself a beautiful mother of the bride outfit for my daughters wedding in June. Can anyone guide me to similar fabric please??? Thanks for your inspiring site!
Regards
Sue
